Our extensive experience with the unique processing requirements of employee plans and flexibility to handle complex customization allow us to handle jobs that are not easily accommodated by routine, off-the-shelf processes. We have an established record for responsiveness and creative solutions, and a reputation for being able to “pull a rabbit out of our hat” under tight deadlines.

Ellen Philip Associates assists businesses through the complex world of shareholder services, offering a full spectrum of electronic proxy voting services by web, phone and mobile devices, stock subscription processing and services, corporate actions and reorganizations.  We work closely with transfer agents, proxy solicitors, and trustees, legal counsel and administrators of employee savings and investment plans. A broad spectrum of projects over the years has brought us a deep understanding of shareholder and employee-plan records and record-keeping systems, in addition to events associated with such systems, such as pass-through voting and corporate actions.
